Downstream Jam is a tart tug-of-war between ripe fruit and the benevolent bacteria lactobacillus. Prickly and floral, tangy with a touch of salt. ABV: 5% IBU: 22
Yulietide Our holiday offering is built upon our brewmaster’s long-standing Scotch Ale recipe then cold-infused with almost 2lbs. per barrel of traditional and not-so-traditional holiday spices. The beer sits on those spices for anywhere from 5 to 15 days as it is evaluated daily until it has reached just the right softness and subtlety then moved at 0° to the package. ABV 8.5% IBU: 22
Vlad The Impaler Big, bold and unapologetic, our Imperial Stout is a massive 13.1% ABV beer with a deep and rich roastiness from chocolate and various other roasted grains backed up by a great deal of residual sweetness from a giant charge of caramel malts. Despite its obdurate nature, Vlad drinks with a smoothness and elegance that belies it’s mighty strength and mouthfeel. ALC. 13.1% BY VOL. IBU: 72
Pav's Creamery Hazelnut Cappacino is a Dessert Cream Stout IBU: 18 ABV 10.5%
Double Dare New England IPA with a flavour and mouthfeel that delis its potency. It's hazy, smooth & citrusy with herbal, piney notes from Sultana hops and fruity flavours reminiscent of cantaloupe, pineappble and honeydew. IBU:7 ABV 8.8%
London Brewed to a hefty 6.6%, this tawny-coloured premium ale borrows subtle sweet raisin, biscuit and dried-fruit notes from the Crystal malt, while fresh, piney herbs emanate from the hops. Rich, smooth and elegant on the palate, it draws to a clean, satisfying finish with beautifully balanced bitterness. IBU: 35.5 ABV 6.6%
Ice Crusher There’s thinkin’ beer and there’s drinkin’ beer. Ice Crusher is a drinkin’ beer. Sure, we could parse each sip, prattle on about lagering techniques and debate the balancing effect of black currant and sea-salt that make this tangy amber quencher so easy on the tongue, but that would defeat the purpose. IBU: 19 ABV 5.5%
